Our scope of services will be carried out at the prestigious One Berkeley Street building located directly opposite The Ritz on Piccadilly in London’s Mayfair.
Murray Birrell’s involvement in the retail and commercial fit-out works will help achieve the transformation of a substantial urban block of several disused post-war buildings. When completed in 2022, the mixed-use site will house prime retail spaces, restaurant facilities, some 60,000 sq. ft. of office space and a brand new 184-room hotel.
Our responsibilities include the reviewing and approving each of the commercial and retail fit-out proposals as well as monitoring of the works in progress. In addition, we are also procuring and overseeing a single logistics contractor to provide a coordinated approach to each of the fit-out works, including all deliveries to site and the sustainable removal of segregated construction waste.
