The project involved a delicate negotiation in respect of scaffolding to adjoining land and included for the thorough cleaning of the elevations using a modern masonry cleaning technique, as well as the redecoration of joinery and the improvement of the internal flat roof.   The roofing work increased insulation and enhanced weathering, achieving a 20-year guarantee on materials and workmanship.

The works were procured as briefed and handed over on time and within the client’s budget.
